Dutch-Speaking Warranty Assessor

About the role

MSX International, a partner to vehicle manufacturers, retailers and mobility organisations for more than 30 years, is looking for a Dutch-speaking Warranty Assessor in Budapest. The assessor evaluates warranty claims, authorisations and IDS tickets and other warranty-related items in line with the specified process, while engaging directly with the network and customer representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess claims, authorise repairs and treat tickets
• Support the team and stay flexible
• Keep abreast of market trends and understand KPIs
• Report findings and interact with customers and represent the company

Required profile

• University degree or relevant education in engineering, business administration, automotive, finance or a related technical field
• At least 2 years in an aftersales automotive environment; warranty assessment experience is a plus
• Fluent Dutch and advanced English; French is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and detail-oriented, and willing to collaborate

Required skills

• Strong understanding of automotive parts, diagnosis and repair
• Very good or expert knowledge of warranty regulations, policies and systems
• Up-to-date knowledge of technical manuals, service news, campaigns and process updates
