External Engagement Coordination Partner

About the role

As an External Engagement Coordination Partner at Roche, you will drive end‑to‑end operational planning and compliance for events and engagements with healthcare professionals, organisations and patient groups. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all activities meet local regulations and Roche’s ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compliance management for HCP, HCO and patient partnership engagements, including grants, sponsorships and donations.
• Oversee event logistics, material preparation, travel, budget tracking and post‑event impact evaluation.
• Maintain data integrity across internal systems and ensure timely, high‑quality execution.
• Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, from reconciliation to invoice tracking and payment confirmation.
• Draft, review and archive compliant contracts in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, congresses, procurement or external engagement administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Law, Finance or Event Management (advanced degree a plus).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations such as EFPIA and the Sunshine Act.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a global matrix environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
