Healthcare Compliance Analyst – Polish Speaking

About the role

Roche is looking for a Healthcare Compliance Analyst who speaks Polish to support operational compliance activities. The role focuses on monitoring interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations to ensure adherence to laws, regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled compliance reviews of HCP/HCO engagements using a predefined checklist.
• Document assessment results, prioritize daily tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Present findings and detailed analysis to Local Compliance Officers on a periodic basis.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly compliance reports.
• Update the checklist continuously based on industry codes, Roche directives and local policies.
• Collaborate with the team to improve compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field; Master’s in law preferred.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a compliance role.
• Strong analytical, organization and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
