Market Access and Policy Partner

About the role

Roche Hungary Diagnostics is seeking a Market Access & Policy Partner to lead the end‑to‑end market access journey for diagnostic and digital solutions within the Hungarian healthcare system.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and execute market access and pricing strategies for the diagnostic portfolio across Hungary.
• Lead submission and negotiation of reimbursement dossiers with NEAK, the Ministry of Health and other regulatory bodies.
• Localise payer value concepts, initiate health‑economic studies and manage external vendors.
• Track legislative and funding changes to shape healthcare policy and close patient access gaps.
• Build long‑term partnerships with the MoH, medical societies, regulatory authorities and patient organisations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory and Roche Pharma Policy teams to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Maintain strict compliance with Hungarian legislation, MedTech Europe codes, ISO standards and the DIA Symphony framework.

Required profile

• University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Economics or Business Administration.
• 3–6+ years of experience in market access, health economics or health policy within IVD, pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
• Proven track record preparing and submitting reimbursement dossiers in Hungary.
• Established network with Hungarian health authorities, clinicians and medical societies.
• Fluent Hungarian and professional English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Rexis.
• High IT literacy and interest in predictive analytics and applied AI.
• Familiarity with basic health‑economic modelling concepts.
