German Speaking Talent Attraction Specialist

About the role

MSX International is looking for a German-speaking Talent Attraction Specialist in Budapest. The role partners with regional and local stakeholders to support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, helping find the right people for open positions in the automotive sector. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers and the Talent Specialist in the market to define position requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Choose the best sourcing approach (posting, active searching, talent pipeline, etc.).
• Screen candidates and make first contact, guiding them through the selection process.
• Improve the candidate experience and ensure compliance with employee data protection policies.
• Meet key metrics such as timeliness, accuracy, quality, tone and error rate.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German and English; another language is a strong advantage.
• At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an international company or shared services HR function.
• Results-oriented and process-driven, able to handle a fast pace and several priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS systems; SmartRecruiters and SuccessFactors are advantageous.
• Excellent communication in German and English.
