Senior Specialist, Talent Solution Delivery, Enterprise

About the role

Randstad Sourceright, a global talent leader offering MSP, RPO and blended workforce solutions, is looking for a business-minded, hands-on Senior Talent Solution Delivery Specialist in Budapest. You will act as a trusted advisor to key leadership, drive program performance and deliver high-quality talent solutions for the largest global enterprise clients, managing the complete talent flow for dedicated customers and being measured on their success.

Key responsibilities

• Measure customer success using funnels and proactively drive improvements to client performance
• Achieve agreed SLA performance metrics and deliver high-quality candidates on time
• Advise clients on current market trends and help them run successful programs
• Build and expand strong relationships internally and across client organisations
• Take part in management meetings discussing client status and carry out prescribed client management activities
• Handle complex, non-standard client questions and issues, collaborating with the team and advising on SLA requirements
• Define KPIs, collect data and create accurate standard and ad-hoc reports on technical support and service delivery

Required profile

• Master's degree or MBA, or equivalent
• Practical experience in HR tech, RPO, staffing or delivery management as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Delivery Manager
• Strong command of English and confident communication and presentation skills
• Solution-oriented mindset, attention to detail, efficiency, reliability and strong analytical reasoning

Required skills

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Reporting tools and client success platforms
