Healthcare Compliance Analyst – Russian Speaking

About the role

The Healthcare Compliance Analyst supports Roche’s Services & Solutions Operational Compliance team by monitoring interactions with healthcare professionals and organisations to ensure adherence to laws, regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled compliance reviews of HCP/HCO engagements using a predefined checklist.
• Document assessment results, prioritize daily tasks and deliver findings on time.
• Present detailed analysis and arguments to Local Compliance Officers periodically.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly compliance reports.
• Update the checklist continuously based on industry codes, Roche directives and local policies.
• Collaborate with the team to improve compliance documentation and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; Master’s in Law preferred.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a compliance role.
• Strong analytical ability to identify trends and potential issues.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• MBA, CIA or CPA certification is a plus.
