Improper Payment Prevention Super User (French Speaking)

About the role

As an Improper Payment Prevention Super User, you act as a subject matter expert in AST (Aggregate Spend Tool) and a key enabler of compliant, accurate and efficient execution of Global Interactions transactions. You turn business engagements into correct system workflows, keeping data quality, documentation integrity and policy compliance high, and act as a bridge between business teams and the IPP Center of Excellence (COE). The role primarily supports French-speaking countries across Africa and is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage IPP workflows in AST through initiation, approval and closure, translating business inputs from Transaction Owners into structured system entries and submitting them on time according to GIP requirements.
• Monitor workflow progress and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate and consistent data entry in AST, validate engagement details and upload and manage supporting documentation so it matches the system data.
• Apply Global Interactions Policy (GIP) requirements to each transaction and ensure contracts, approvals, proof of delivery and other documents are complete and audit-ready.
• Support purchase order creation via AST/Agora, coordinate invoice processing and POD validation, follow up on payments and close workflows once all requirements, including payment, are fulfilled.
• Liaise with Transaction Owners, Finance, Compliance and the IPP COE, triage stakeholder queries and follow up on missing inputs to reduce cycle times.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong expertise in process execution and system-driven workflows (AST or similar tools preferred).
• Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple transactions in parallel and strong stakeholder management skills.
