Industrialisation Project Manager

About the role

HARMAN is looking for an Industrialisation Project Manager in Székesfehérvár to lead a multi-functional project team during the introduction of new programmes into production, based on the MMGList. The role covers planning budgets, schedules and resources, defining processes, working closely with product development and customers, and supporting the full product life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional project team during the introduction of new programmes into production according to the MMGList.
• Plan and manage project budget, schedule and resources.
• Define and clarify the processes needed to run the projects.
• Initiate, analyse and control corrective actions to achieve project goals.
• Work with product development on prototypes and trial runs to ensure high quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure handover to manufacturing and procure process and test equipment.
• Maintain close contact with customers and prepare clear reports for management and customers.
• Support the full product life cycle regarding capacity changes and methods.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in engineering.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel abroad about once or twice a year.
