Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Manager

About the role

The Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Manager will shape the employee experience, strengthen KPMG's culture, and deliver impactful communication across the organization. You will work closely with leadership, HR, Marketing, and global teams to ensure consistent messaging and drive engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication plans aligned with company priorities.
• Create engaging content for newsletters, intranet, social media and other internal channels.
• Support leaders with clear communication materials and messaging.
• Plan and coordinate company‑wide events and employee engagement activities.
• Measure communication effectiveness through feedback and KPIs, using insights for continuous improvement.
• Support Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and CSR campaigns.
• Partner with global teams to adapt change communication plans locally.
• Collaborate with HR and Marketing to ensure consistent employer branding across recruitment channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement or related fields.
• Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into clear, compelling messages.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional and global teams.
• Analytical mindset to assess communication impact and drive improvements.
