Inventory and Administration Assistant

About the role

Celltrion Group, a biopharmaceutical company offering biosimilar and innovative medicines, is looking for an Inventory and Administration Assistant for its Budapest office. The Logistics department plays an important role in the company's operations, and the role suits someone who wants to develop their logistics experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage import-related documentation and registrations
• Support ESG reporting activities related to imports
• Maintain import tracking files and container trackers
• Manage supply chain invoice payment requests
• Create and submit Purchase Orders (POs) for approval
• Support SOX control and approval processes
• Assist with inventory control in Excel and ERP systems
• Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team

Required profile

• Bachelor's or higher degree in economics, logistics, business management or a related field
• 0-3 years of administrative experience
• Prior experience in logistics and/or pharma is a plus
• English and Hungarian verbal and written communication skills

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Time management, multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
