Pricing & Market Intelligence Specialist

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Budapest as a Pricing & Market Intelligence Specialist, supporting the SEE region. You will manage public price list processes, monitor market trends, and provide strategic insights that drive business decisions across Bosch and Hitachi brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, run and continuously improve the end‑to‑end process for creating and managing country public price lists.
• Own the Market Database, tracking market trends, legislative changes and use‑case developments.
• Analyse legislation, incentive programmes and customer needs to deliver strategic market foresight.
• Prepare and update country Market Fact Sheets with relevant trends and insights.
• Manage and maintain the Price Mirror Tool.
• Analyse new markets, export opportunities and emerging product segments.
• Act as a liaison between the SEE region and central marketing/business development teams, participating in market visits and studies.
• Contribute to the optimisation and update of PT‑related processes.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, business, engineering or a comparable field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in price management, market intelligence, market analysis or a related business area.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into business‑relevant conclusions.
• Structured, precise and proactive working style, capable of managing complex topics independently.
• Strategic thinking, self‑driven attitude and strong ownership.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
• Fluent English; additional Eastern European languages (e.g., Romanian, Hungarian) are an advantage.
