Recruitment Operations Specialist – German Speaking (2-year Fixed-Term Maternity Cover)

About the role

Join Bosch's first regional HR Service Hub in Vecsés, supporting the Central Eastern European region. You will provide reliable back‑office support to recruiters, HR Business Partners and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day recruitment operations, ensuring administrative workflows progress without delay.
• Handle incoming inquiries via the ticketing system, prioritize requests and deliver fast, helpful answers.
• Keep candidate records clean in the recruitment CRM, move profiles through pipeline stages and update hiring statuses.
• Use SAP to verify employee and organizational data for background checks and alignments.
• Communicate daily with hiring managers, HRBPs and recruiters primarily in German and occasionally in English.
• Coordinate interview dates, calendar invites and provide ad‑hoc administrative assistance throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Required profile

• Vocational training or university degree in business administration, human resources or a comparable field.
• 1‑3 years of internship or full‑time experience in administration or HR operations.
• High service orientation, clear articulation and ability to manage multiple concurrent requests.
• Fluent German and Hungarian, with communicative English proficiency.
