Sales Representative - Field Sales, East Hungary

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Sales Representative for field work in East Hungary, under a full-time employment contract. The role sits within the sales team and involves working directly with customers in the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop positive customer relationships using consultative sales practices.
• Create plans for retaining and growing assigned customers in the territory.
• Communicate with the office team to ensure excellent customer support.
• Build technical expertise and knowledge of strategic products and product lines.
• Provide market information and feedback as required.
• Ensure proper merchandising implementation at customers, working with the Team Leader, customers and the Marketing department.
• Prepare and submit commercial offers and support product promotion such as presentations and training.
• Implement sales plans and other customer-related tasks.
• Engage customers at point of sale to generate sales, cross-sell in new areas and upsell with new categories.

Required profile

• Experience in sales roles.
• Fluent Hungarian and communicative English.
• Category B driving licence.
