SDET / Technical QA Engineer

About the role

Join group.one as an SDET / Technical QA Engineer to own test automation, strengthen API and UI coverage, and shape quality practices within an international, agile team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated tests for critical business flows, focusing on UI, API and integration testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve test stability, execution speed and maintainability.
• Apply risk‑based testing, ensuring automation effort targets high‑impact areas.
• Explore and use AI‑assisted engineering tools for test development and investigation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technical QA, SDET or test automation engineering.
• Hands‑on experience developing and maintaining automated tests and strong debugging skills.
• Ability to design effective test scenarios based on risk, customer impact and business‑critical flows.
• Proactive ownership of quality improvements and clear communication of technical risks.

Required skills

• Automation frameworks: Playwright, Pytest, Pest (or similar).
• API testing: REST and GraphQL.
• CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, AI‑assisted engineering tools.
