Security Lead

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Security Lead to manage classified‑information requests from Hungarian government authorities. This specialised role involves building and overseeing security processes to ensure compliance with national security law.

Key responsibilities

• Lead classified‑information handling processes and ensure legal compliance.
• Oversee personnel, physical, administrative and electronic security measures.
• Conduct annual compliance checks and submit required reports to authorities.
• Manage TÜK agents handling classified‑information requests and act as the primary contact for state bodies.
• Supervise daily performance of employees, ensuring productivity, quality and SLA adherence.
• Oversee management of physical and digital documents, especially incoming communications.
• Maintain the local physical office environment with Facilities support.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (C1) and Hungarian.
• University or college degree.
• 1+ years experience in classified information management in Hungary.
• Familiarity with Hungarian classified‑information regulations and NBF processes.
• 1+ years experience managing a team of agents.
• Strong judgement, organisational and communication skills.

• Experience with National Security Authority (NBF) processes.
