Senior Project Leader – Automotive Power Electronics

About the role

As a Senior Project Leader in Automotive Power Electronics at Bosch, you will own complex, high‑value customer projects from initiation through series production. You will coordinate international, cross‑functional teams and serve as the main interface between customers, internal stakeholders, and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of multi‑million‑euro projects.
• Manage international matrix teams of 20+ engineers and specialists.
• Act as primary contact for automotive customers, handling negotiations, requirements and deliverables.
• Report project status to top management with clear, structured updates.
• Drive execution using V‑Model, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ensure milestones are met within cost, quality and timeline constraints.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Take full ownership of technical challenges and manufacturing readiness (SOP).
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across global functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (ideally 10+ years) of project management experience in a high‑complexity industry, automotive Tier‑1 preferred.
• Proven leadership of large, multicultural matrix organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Solid technical background; automotive electronics experience is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.
