Senior R&D Project Operations Lead (PMO Analyst)

About the role

Ceva-Phylaxia, a flagship site of the Ceva Animal Health group, is seeking a Senior R&D Project Operations Lead for its Global Portfolio and Project Management Office in Budapest's 10th district. Reporting to the Global Bio Portfolio Manager, the role shapes project management standards, drives best practices and consolidates project data across the portfolio, while acting as a reference point for project managers and a contributor to organisational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of project management standards, processes and procedures across the portfolio.
• Ensure consistent reporting and project consolidation, including project valorisation.
• Own and develop the project portfolio management (PPM) tool, producing live dashboards, portfolio indicators and filtered views.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements and drive adoption of new practices within the PMO.
• Collaborate with other PMO coordinators to harmonise practices and share learnings.
• Coach and mentor project managers to report consistently and accurately.
• Bridge strategic portfolio needs and day-to-day operations.
