Senior Site Activation Coordinator

About the role

Under general supervision, the Senior Site Activation Coordinator performs site activation tasks at country or region level in line with local and international regulations, standard operating procedures, project requirements and budgetary guidelines. The role may also cover feasibility or maintenance activities. It is based in Hungary.

Key responsibilities

• Perform feasibility, site activation and some maintenance activities for assigned studies at investigative sites, working closely with the Site Activation Manager, the Project Management team and other departments
• Review documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy under the guidance of senior staff
• Prepare site documents and review them for completeness and accuracy
• Inform team members when regulatory, contractual and other documents for individual sites are complete
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members
• Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans
• Track and follow up the progress, approval and execution of documents such as questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory and ethics documents, Informed Consent Forms and Investigator Packs

Required profile

• Based in Hungary
• Fluent in Hungarian and English
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
