Senior Technical Consultant – R&D Cloud Solutions

About the role

Join Veeva as a Senior Technical Consultant focused on R&D Cloud Solutions, working directly with life‑sciences leaders to design, migrate and evolve cloud platforms. You will own long‑term technical strategy and collaborate with Veeva’s R&D engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex platform configurations, custom workflows, and system enhancements for Clinical or Regulatory Vault platforms.
• Guide enterprise clients through legacy‑to‑cloud migrations, applying structured change‑management to accelerate adoption.
• Partner with client IT leadership on post‑implementation programs, negotiating technical trade‑offs and aligning business needs with platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Veeva Product Management and R&D teams to provide feedback that shapes future releases.
• Mentor junior consultants and review configurations across the regional hub.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience implementing, supporting or administering core business and IT solutions, preferably in ECM or regulated industries.
• Proven technical leadership, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding complex decisions.
• Hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault, enterprise CRM platforms or cloud architectures in regulated environments.
• Demonstrated change‑management expertise driving SaaS adoption from on‑premise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with fluent English communication.
• Legal right to work in Poland (residence required).
