Specialist in Staffing (Onboarding) – Czech/Slovak Speaking (Fixed Term)

About the role

As a Specialist in Staffing (Onboarding) you will support the onboarding and employee administration processes for the regional HR Service Center. You will ensure a smooth employee experience while maintaining high‑quality HR administration standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day onboarding activities, including employee data entry, medical check‑ups, SAP maintenance, contract creation and document archiving.
• Prepare and maintain reports, statistics, presentations and HR documentation using existing templates.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and local regulations.
• Respond to requests from hiring managers, recruiters and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate compensation package creation and approval with Payroll and HR stakeholders.
• Support knowledge sharing and training activities within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, office administration or employee‑related processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within established processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced English and Czech or Slovak language proficiency; Hungarian is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP or other HR systems.
