HR Operations (Add‑On Services) Specialist

About the role

The HR Operations (Add‑On Services) Specialist will deliver end‑to‑end HR administrative services for Poland, ensuring compliance with local labor law, tax and social security regulations. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, support employees, and contribute to process optimisation across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and amend employment contracts, salary changes, remote‑work agreements and related documentation.
• Issue employment and income certificates, statutory confirmations and year‑end tax statements (PIT 11).
• Manage social security and tax registrations, deregistrations and data in Platnik and ePUE platforms.
• Handle garnishments, cooperate with bailiffs and process deductions.
• Produce statistical and regulatory reports for authorities such as PFRON and GUS.
• Monitor periodic medical check‑ups and maintain required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Polish labour law, social security and tax rules, and retain documentation as required.
• Provide Tier‑2 HR administrative support to employees and act as a compliance expert.
• Support audits, inspections and authority requests with accurate reports.
• Maintain and update SOPs, identify automation opportunities and contribute to EMEA standardisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in Polish HR operations, payroll support or statutory administration.
• Hands‑on experience with local compliance‑driven HR processes in Poland.
• Fluent Polish (mandatory) and good working knowledge of English.
• Ability to manage physical HR documentation on‑site in line with Polish legal requirements.
