About the role

Join Bosch as an onboarding intern supporting the onboarding processes for new hires primarily in Hungary and also for the UK market. You will assist the HR team with administrative tasks, communication, and coordination of onboarding activities while gaining exposure to SAP and HR procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the full onboarding cycle for new employees, including data entry and documentation.
• Prepare contracts and support contract administration.
• Maintain onboarding records in SAP and perform quality checks.
• Communicate with new hires, answer queries, and ensure a smooth entry experience.
• Support the organization of Onboarding Days and related events.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Hungary with at least one year remaining.
• Strong interest in Business Administration, Human Resources, or IT processes.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); native Hungarian.
• Additional language skills (German, Czech, Slovakian, Serbian) are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, precise working style and able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP for HR administration.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
