Talent Acquisition Team Leader – German speaking

About the role

Roche is looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader who will lead a team of EMEA Talent Acquisition Partners within the People Support Solutions organization. The role is based in Budapest and requires fluency in German and English.

Key responsibilities

• Coach team members on development and career plans, manage compensation including bonuses and salary increases.
• Own all employment decisions for the team, including hiring, training, performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Prioritize and implement solutions for incoming recruitment requests, acting as an escalation point.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align with the overall recruiting strategy.
• Participate in global or regional projects and work product teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of people‑leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing and pipeline building.
• Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to diagnose needs and deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Project management and process‑improvement experience.
• Fluent in English and German.
