Talent Sourcing Specialist (Turkish Speaking)

About the role

Diageo's Human Resources team in Budapest is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist (Turkish speaking) on a permanent basis. The specialist builds and nurtures high-quality, diverse talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs, partnering with Recruiters and Talent Engagement Leaders to deliver data-driven sourcing strategies for critical and niche roles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies aligned to hiring priorities and workforce plans
• Build diverse pipelines through direct sourcing, talent communities and market mapping
• Engage and nurture passive candidates in line with Diageo's employer brand
• Partner with Recruiters to shape role-specific sourcing approaches and candidate profiles
• Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies
• Leverage sourcing technology, platforms and analytics to drive efficiency
• Track and report sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health and diversity outcomes
• Evaluate and improve sourcing tools and approaches, and ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical sourcing standards

Required profile

• Fluent English and Turkish
• Demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing, research or talent intelligence
• Strong experience delivering sourcing from a core hub into another international location
• Understanding of diverse sourcing channels and techniques
• Ability to influence recruitment outcomes without direct hiring ownership
• Desirable: experience supporting executive, technical or niche hiring, and working in a global or multi-market environment

Required skills

• Confidence with sourcing and CRM tools such as Avature
• Broad recruiting technology stack, including AI and automated technologies
