Team Manager – X‑pages Technical Services

About the role

Lead Veeva's X‑pages Technical Services team, guiding frontend engineers and technical consultants to deliver AI‑driven, modular user experiences for life‑science customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own hiring and mentorship of a high‑performance frontend squad.
• Evolve service offerings with AI‑driven UX and modular frontend architecture.
• Act as the technical North Star for large accounts, turning escalations into strategic partnerships.
• Balance resource utilization with employee success to ensure sustainable high performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years in IT, technical consulting, product management or a related field.
• Proven talent acquisition experience with a track record of hiring strong technical talent.
• Strong escalation management and excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Legal authorization to work in Hungary.

Required skills

• Frontend development with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js).
• No‑code (X‑pages Studio) and pro‑code custom development.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM components and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of frontend build pipelines and managing technical debt.
