Technical Consultant - Quality Systems

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Technical Consultant to join its Quality Services Team, supporting life‑sciences customers with the Veeva Quality suite. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients configure and optimise Vault applications and ensuring successful adoption of SaaS quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite for pharmaceutical and biotech customers.
• Configure Vault applications – workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, notifications.
• Collaborate with customers’ business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Serve as liaison between implementation, maintenance, and internal product teams.
• Guide customers on best practices, change‑management, and post‑implementation success.
• Support quality processes such as CAPA, deviations, change control, audits, and training.

Required profile

• Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, preferably content‑management or life‑sciences quality systems.
• Background in consulting or customer‑facing roles with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Fluent English, able to work independently with clients across Europe.
