Technical Product Manager – Behavioural Analytics

About the role

Data only becomes powerful when everyone agrees on its meaning. As Technical Product Manager – Behavioural Analytics you will build a world‑class product that defines, measures and governs behavioural data across Diligent’s 24+ products.

Key responsibilities

• Design behavioural telemetry schemas (event and entity‑state) that support portfolio roll‑up and feature‑level decisions, and write the instrumentation specifications.
• Own the measurement standard – canonical definitions, naming, field ownership and versioned change control across all business units.
• Build SQL‑based models, BI roll‑up logic and dashboards that turn raw behaviour into adoption, time‑to‑value and value‑realisation insights.
• Triangulate quantitative data with qualitative evidence from design research and Voice‑of‑Customer, and publicly highlight any contradictions.
• Partner with analysts to define product, customer and user taxonomies and help shape the analytics stack.

Required profile

• Proven experience building mixed‑method behavioural insight systems that combine quantitative data with qualitative research.
• Hands‑on experience designing event and telemetry schemas using tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, Segment or Mixpanel.
• Experience governing product data models, taxonomies and versioned change control across multiple products.
• Strong data‑governance practice, including schema ownership and standards adoption.
• Fluency in SQL and BI/warehouse layers to build and validate roll‑up logic.
• Ability to make behavioural segmentation judgments and influence teams without direct authority.
