Technical Support Specialist (Italian & English)

About the role

Support our direct customers, distributors and resellers in the EMEA region with technical and business inquiries via phone, email or chat. Become an educator by training customers and resellers on Formlabs printers. Help resellers deliver outstanding service to their own customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and business support to customers, distributors and resellers across EMEA through phone, email and chat.
• Train direct customers and resellers on the operation and maintenance of Formlabs printers.
• Assist resellers in delivering high‑quality service to their end‑users.
• Collaborate with the global engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Business‑fluent written and spoken Italian and English (C1 level).
• Ability to quickly resolve technical issues, with training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good listener.
• Comfortable and professional when speaking on the phone.
• Excellent writing skills with proper spelling and grammar.
