VAT Coordinator

About the role

KPMG Global Services Hungary, the international centre of excellence for VAT compliance solutions, is looking for a VAT Coordinator in its VAT Process Coordination team in Budapest. The role is hybrid and full-time, within a multicultural team of professionals covering more than 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Central mailbox coordination, proactively managing deadlines with internal teams and clients
• Act as first point of contact for complex client queries
• Workflow administration (request and review status)
• Preparation of invoices and multi-firm engagement agreements
• Support management report preparation for Operations Managers

Required profile

• University or college degree
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to identify potential problems and issues
• Excellent organisation, communication, precision, reliability and client orientation

Required skills

• Good computer skills; basic Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is a must
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, plus pivot and trend analysis experience, is a strong advantage
