Account Executive – Outbound Sales (Budapest)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Account Executive to join our Budapest team and drive outbound sales for Colossyan’s AI‑powered video creation platform. You will be responsible for generating new logo opportunities, guiding prospects through the sales cycle, and collaborating closely with Marketing, Product and the wider Sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and close mid‑market and enterprise customers, targeting 6‑figure deals.
• Own the full sales process from initial outreach to contract signing.
• Manage inbound leads from the wait‑list and convert hand‑raisers into qualified opportunities.
• Develop and refine the sales playbook and process in partnership with the team.
• Gather and synthesize product feedback from customers to inform product improvements.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the company CRM.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience meeting sales quotas and closing six‑figure deals with mid‑market or enterprise clients.
• Strong passion for AI‑driven video creation and ability to evangelise the solution.
• Proactive, consultative selling style with a growth mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with outbound sales and full‑cycle selling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
