B2B Sales Consultant – Hungarian Market

About the role

Hedepy is expanding its B2B sales efforts in Hungary and seeks a senior sales professional to acquire and manage corporate clients, primarily HR departments. You will work remotely from anywhere in Hungary, collaborating with a multicultural team and leveraging AI tools to optimise the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Actively acquire new B2B clients on the Hungarian market through cold calls, lead handling and meeting booking.
• Conduct sales meetings, prepare proposals and close deals, gradually shifting focus from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with the client‑success team to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Partner with marketing to create custom sales materials and campaigns.
• Integrate AI agents into daily sales activities such as pitch creation, research, follow‑ups and automation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, startup or scale‑up environments.
• Excellent spoken communication on phone and video calls, able to engage HR managers and C‑level stakeholders.
• Native Hungarian and at least B1 level English for internal communication.
• Willingness to work on a contractor (self‑employed/B2B) basis.

Required skills

• Daily use of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude or Perplexity for research, pitch preparation and follow‑ups.
• Experience with CRM systems, e.g., Pipedrive.
