CEE-BA Leadership Trainee (Hungary)

About the role

AstraZeneca offers a two-year accelerated leadership development programme for early-career professionals who want to grow within its international commercial teams. Participants rotate through different teams such as marketing, sales, medical and market access, building experience, strategic thinking, teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required profile

• University graduate with a maximum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, medical or market access teams (preferably in pharma, medical devices or FMCG).
• International experience is a plus.
• Higher education in life sciences (pharmaceutical, medical, paramedical, chemistry, biology, microbiology, etc.).
• Growth mindset, curiosity, proactivity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and excellent communication skills, including fluent English.
• Native or proficient Hungarian speaker.

Required skills

• Driving licence.
• Ability to use MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
