Global Marketing Analyst

About the role

Join Bosch's global marketing organization to drive financial steering, budget management and ROI monitoring of strategic investments, working closely with Finance and Performance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global marketing budget planning, forecasting and cost tracking, identifying deviations and optimization opportunities.
• Manage project budgets, business cases and investment requests, including ROI evaluation and post‑implementation reviews.
• Consolidate and analyze global marketing KPIs, sales targets and campaign performance for transparent management reporting.
• Develop standardized reporting structures, dashboards and planning frameworks to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning, marketing controlling, budget management or commercial finance, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, KPI management and ROI tracking.
• Excellent cross‑functional stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
