Analytical Consultant (Retail Vertical)

About the role

NielsenIQ's Customer Success team is looking for an Analytical Consultant within its Retail Vertical. You will build strategic customer relationships, understand customers' business challenges and drive value through retail measurement insights and consultative recommendations, helping retailer clients maximise business outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned retailer clients, acting as a trusted business partner
• Understand customers' business priorities, industry trends and strategic objectives
• Deliver retail measurement insights, analyses and recommendations that create measurable business value
• Drive customer engagement and adoption of NielsenIQ products, services and solutions
• Hold regular business reviews and insight presentations with customers
• Monitor customer health, identify risks and run retention and growth strategies
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and the Reporting Hub to meet customer needs
• Manage customer expectations, resolve issues promptly and stay informed on retail industry developments

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Strong understanding of the retail and tech/durables or FMCG industry
• Fluent spoken and written English and Hungarian
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, and advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities

Required skills

• Interpretation of data and translation of complex analyses into actionable recommendations
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
