Cloud CRM Consultant – Solutions Architect (Remote)

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Cloud CRM Consultant to join its Commercial Managed Services team in Hungary. The role focuses on delivering professional services for Veeva’s commercial solutions, primarily the Vault CRM application, while supporting other commercial products.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into technical designs.
• Drive customers toward Veeva and industry best practices.
• Understand and convert business processes into technical requirements.
• Perform system configuration changes and data migrations.
• Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 7+ years configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions (e.g., CRM).
• Experience in a customer‑facing or consulting role managing expectations.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and development.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work independently.
• Legal authorization to work in Europe.

Required skills

• Technical CRM experience, ideally Salesforce.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent platforms.
