Digital Shelf Manager

About the role

Diageo, the world's leading premium drinks company, is hiring a Digital Shelf Manager in Budapest on a permanent basis. The role sits within a newly forming Marketing Operations and MarTech Hub that acts as a strategic execution engine for EMEA markets, covering media, digital, data, content, websites, digital shelf and marketing effectiveness. The purpose of the role is to run Digital Shelf operations across markets and retailers so that products meet global standards and are optimised for discoverability, visibility and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Run Digital Shelf readiness checks across retailers and markets
• Monitor product page completeness, content quality, ratings, search visibility and compliance
• Spot gaps and coordinate their resolution with commercial, content and partner teams
• Manage workflows, activations and SLA-based delivery
• Track performance, maintain issue logs and escalate recurring gaps

Required profile

• Experience in Digital Shelf, eCommerce or retailer content operations
• Experience working with commercial, content, PIM and partner teams
• Ability to analyse shelf performance and identify actions
• Experience managing readiness checks and operational delivery
• Experience identifying and resolving execution gaps
