Intralogistics IT Business Analyst

About the role

Bosch is hiring an intralogistics IT business analyst for its Hatvan plant, the largest production centre worldwide for the Bosch automotive electronics division. The role covers IT project requirements, intralogistics digitalization and agile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and specify stakeholder requirements in IT projects
• Contribute to stakeholder engagement and alignment processes
• Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Iterate with developers and business stakeholders
• Support Project Managers in reaching project goals
• Design process flows using BPMN and UML standards
• Drive change management processes during the software development lifecycle
• Design mockups and wireframes to improve user engagement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a relevant field
• Hands-on experience in intralogistics process digitalization
• Ability to work with stakeholders at various maturity levels during requirement engineering and elicitation
• Proactive onsite and remote work experience

Required skills

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with UML and BPMN
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of agile methodology and Scrum
