IT Solutions Specialist

About the role

The IT Solutions Specialist is responsible for installing, maintaining, and operating Roche Information Solutions Portfolio (RIS) for diagnostic laboratories. This contractor role supports customers, regional representatives and product managers while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onsite and remote installation, configuration, testing and upgrades of RIS solutions such as navify POC Operations, navify LAB Operations and Digital Pathology.
• Provide high‑level technical support using remote tools (e.g., Axeda) and onsite visits, and act as the primary technical contact for strategic accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive training for healthcare professionals and serve as a key user for customer portals.
• Document cases, incidents and project progress in the CRM (Rexis) system in line with ISO and SOP requirements.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering or related field with proven experience as an IT consultant or application specialist, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Fluent in Hungarian and proficient in English, with a valid Category B driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently.

Required skills

• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of complex software solutions.
• Use of remote support tools such as Axeda.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Suite, especially Sheets/Excel for data analysis.
