IT Specialist – German Speaking

About the role

Join Roche's Remote Enablement team to provide first‑level IT support for affiliates across EMEA and globally. You will work in an AI‑powered environment, assisting users in both English and German.

Key responsibilities

• Handle software and hardware incidents and service requests for Mac, Windows, Microsoft Office and Google environments.
• Engage users via phone, chat and self‑service portal, escalating critical issues when needed.
• Keep users informed on request status and guide them to optimal solutions.

Required profile

• University education in IT or related field (preferred).
• 1.5–2 years experience in call centre, service desk or desk‑side support.
• Self‑motivated, open‑minded and dedicated to high‑quality service.
• Fluent in German and English.

Required skills

• Apple and Microsoft operating systems.
• Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
• SAP, corporate networks and video‑conferencing systems.
