IT Specialist – Spanish Speaking

About the role

Join Roche's Employee Experience Operations team to provide first‑level IT support for Roche affiliates across EMEA and globally. You will assist users in both English and Spanish, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for software and hardware incidents across Mac, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google environments.
• Engage with users via phone, chat, and self‑service portal, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Keep users informed on request status and guide them to optimal solutions.

Required profile

• University education in IT or a related discipline (preferred).
• 1.5–2 years of experience in a call‑center, service desk, or IT desk‑side support role.
• Self‑motivated, passionate about delivering high‑quality service.

Required skills

• Experience with Apple and Microsoft operating systems.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, SAP, corporate networks, and video‑conferencing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, task prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
