About the role
Roland Berger, a consultancy founded in 1967 with German heritage and European roots, is looking for a Junior Consultant at its Budapest office. The role suits people with an academic background and two or more years of work experience in any industry, who bring an open mind and strong analytical skills.
Key responsibilities
- Take part in projects from day one and help craft creative strategies and business models for clients.
- Work in an inspiring atmosphere on projects that sit at the heart of innovation.
Required profile
- A master's degree or close to graduation, with an excellent academic record.
- Two or more years of working experience in any industry.
- Practical and international experience.
- Excellent Hungarian and English; German is an advantage.
Required skills
- Outstanding analytical, quantitative and conceptual skills.
