About the role

Join Bosch’s 2‑year Junior Managers Program in Miskolc and start a fast‑track career in either commercial or technical management. You will rotate through multiple assignments, work on real projects and develop the skills needed to become a future leader.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 4‑6 distinct rotations across commercial and technical functions.
• Deliver project work under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.

Required profile

• Degree in business, economics, IT or a related field, or an engineering degree (mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, industrial).
• Up to 4 years of professional experience or recent graduate.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Leadership mindset with strategic thinking and initiative.
• Creative, innovative attitude and ability to work independently.
