Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Bosch Group in Budapest, you will drive sales performance across key accounts, managing product listings, innovations and promotional activities while taking full ownership of turnover and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, including product listings, innovations and promotions across key accounts.
• Negotiate commercial conditions, pricing and promotional activities with customers.
• Own turnover, profitability and the customer P&L.
• Monitor and control KPIs in line with budgets and targets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and other key account managers to ensure alignment.
• Plan sales volume and profit, supporting tenders, trade fairs and catalog activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Native or proficiency level in Hungarian and proficiency in English.
• Relevant experience in sales or key account management.
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Analytical thinking with a structured, result‑driven approach.
