myExpenses Analyst - Spanish Speaking

About the role

bp's Finance Business & Technology team is looking for a myExpenses Analyst who speaks Spanish. The role supports all myExpenses Process and Corporate Card users in line with BP's Travel & Expenses (T&E) policy, and works closely with the helpdesk on user queries and escalations. No travel is expected and the position is not eligible for relocation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide process expertise and support to myExpenses Process and Corporate Card users in line with the T&E policy
• Support end-users with operational queries and issues, including training
• Coordinate and deliver communications and training, including myExpenses Communities of Practice, where required
• Offer full visibility of the end-to-end expense reimbursement process and assist end users
• Work with the helpdesk on user queries and escalations
• Proactively identify the root cause of issues, build root cause analyses and propose solutions

Required profile

• University degree, examination certificate or license, or membership of a professional body (e.g. PMI)
• Previous experience or education in the finance area
• Extensive customer service and communication skills
• Excellent written and oral English and Spanish (at least B2 level)
• Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Investigative approach to close issues on time

Required skills

• In-depth understanding of the systems in use
• Proven knowledge of the SAP finance module and deep understanding of posting and payment logic
• Desirable: financial accounting background and good analytical skills
