Product Support Engineer – Global SaaS Support

About the role

We are seeking a talented Product Support Engineer to join our Product Support team at Veeva Systems, a leading SaaS provider for life sciences. The role involves providing global support for the Veeva product suite, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders, and working closely with Development and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide global support covering all issues related to the Veeva product suite
• Troubleshoot critical production issues affecting end‑users, including system unavailability and data integrity issues
• Handle technical inquiries on application capabilities, navigation, installation, or configuration
• Coordinate release and configuration changes into production
• Gather information, set up test environments, replicate issues and propose resolutions or workarounds
• Document processes and keep documentation up to date

Required profile

• 2+ years of support experience in 2nd- or 3rd-line product support positions
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset and hands‑on problem‑solving approach

Required skills

• Experience working closely with Development and Technical Operations
• Ability to use industry‑standard tools such as FTP, Postman, AWS Tools
