Project Manager

About the role

Roche Services & Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to drive business transformation and deliver projects using agile or traditional methodologies. You will work with marketing technology solution teams and act as a strategic partner to product owners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project execution, facilitate ceremonies, maintain backlogs and manage action logs.
• Capture, structure and prioritize cross‑program requests, ensuring focus on key objectives.
• Plan, track and facilitate complex multi‑stakeholder initiatives and manage dependencies.
• Provide transparent portfolio tracking and KPI reporting for leadership visibility.
• Coach product teams on project delivery standards and contribute to the Project Management Chapter.

Required profile

• University degree with 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in business consulting or marketing technologies.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals (waterfall, SCRUM) and related tools.
• Proven ability to lead global/complex projects, organize resources and set clear priorities.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to influence across a matrix organization.
