Sales Operations Intern

About the role

Support the daily work of the Business Operation team for the Power Tools division, handling customer contacts, order processing and claim handling.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product information to colleagues and external customers via phone and email.
• Process internal orders and support claim handling.
• Generate reports from SAP and BI@PT systems.
• Perform operational tasks in sales systems (SAP, B2B).
• Communicate actively with sales, marketing and logistics stakeholders.

Required profile

• Active full‑time student (BSc or MSc) in economics or related field.
• Basic accounting, logistical and economic knowledge.
• Proactive with good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian; German is a plus.
• Available for a minimum 12‑month period, 30 hours per week.
