SAP Tax Integration Project Consultant

About the role

Roche is looking for a SAP Tax Integration Project Consultant to join the Accounting Tax Integration Sub‑Chapter. You will act as a Business Process Specialist in the EMEA Regional Deployment team, rolling out the Aspire Global Template and tax localization across countries.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy global finance/tax template solutions, including documentation, implementation, test management and training.
• Evaluate local gaps, design localization extensions and ensure end‑to‑end record‑to‑report alignment.
• Translate local tax requirements into IT solutions and manage related changes.
• Drive project deployment deliverables throughout the rollout lifecycle and monitor S/4HANA work packages.
• Lead process alignment and solution design with business stakeholders under template governance.

Required profile

• Business or Finance degree with 4–5+ years of experience in global ERP/IT transformations.
• Strong technical background in IFRS accounting and SAP FI/CO mastery.
• Proven experience with SAP tax solutions, S/4HANA tax capabilities and third‑party engines such as Sovos.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
