Solutions Architect – Veeva PromoMats (Remote)

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead application consulting for its Commercial Cloud suite, focusing on Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComms. The role combines deep technical configuration with advisory responsibilities for life‑science customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as lead system administrator for client Vaults, handling configurations such as lifecycles, workflows, document types, fields, security profiles and page layouts.
• Translate complex business processes into technical requirements and configure the Veeva Commercial Cloud suite.
• Lead bulk data operations, including imports, exports and migrations of multi‑channel digital assets.
• Provide trusted advisory guidance to clients on Veeva best practices and industry standards.
• Build analytical reports and operational dashboards to support business decisions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience configuring and implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Background in customer‑facing or IT consulting roles with strong expectation management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL change‑management practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Legal eligibility to work in Hungary (no visa sponsorship).
